I found the item to be every bit as effective as advertised, I mean my posture was addressed properly and it gave me relief from so much of the pains I was experiencing because of this posture. The down side I found was the facility provided on the item for stretching the back, it is flimsy, a buckle would have been far more effective, but for the price I ain’t complaining
